Supermilk terms&conditions
Supermilk Studio operates as a productized weekly design sprint service.
By booking a sprint, you agree to the terms below.
1. How the sprint works?
A sprint lasts one calendar week, focuses on one clearly defined priority, and is delivered for a fixed price. This is not hourly freelance work or an open-ended design service, but a structured, time-boxed engagement built for speed, clarity, and output.
2. What a sprint covers?
A sprint is dedicated to one agreed priority such as a website or landing page design, UX flows and wireframes, UI systems, brand identity exploration, or product and dashboard interfaces. Multiple unrelated tasks or parallel projects fall outside the scope of a single sprint and require additional bookings.
3. What we need from you
To keep the sprint efficient, all required materials, content, and access must be provided before the sprint begins. During the week, you are expected to be available for feedback and to deliver it in a clear, consolidated manner. Missing assets or delayed feedback may affect delivery timing within the sprint.
4. How we communicate
Communication is asynchronous via email or agreed channels. The sprint is built for execution, not prolonged discussions.
5. What you receive
You receive the design files related to the sprint priority (typically Figma and export assets).
No development or implementation is included.
6. Revisions during the week
Revisions related to the sprint priority are included during the week.
Major changes in direction or new requests require a new sprint.
7. Payment and booking
Payment is required in advance to reserve a sprint.
Once a sprint starts, payments are non-refundable.
8. Scheduling your sprint
Sprints are scheduled in advance. Rescheduling is possible with at least 5 business days’ notice. Ongoing sprints cannot be moved or paused.
9. Ownership & portfolio rights
After full payment, you own the final approved deliverables.
Supermilk Studio may display the work in its portfolio unless an NDA is agreed beforehand.
10. Responsability
Supermilk Studio provides design services only and is not responsible for development, implementation, or business outcomes.
Booking a sprint or making a payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
