Please read these terms carefully before using the Supermilk Studio website or engaging our services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Supermilk Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
2. Services
Supermilk Studio provides product and UX design, design systems, website and landing page design, and brand and visual identity work. Services are delivered either as fixed-scope projects or as monthly retainers, defined in a written proposal before work begins.
3. Scope and proposals
Each engagement is governed by a written proposal covering objectives, deliverables, timeline and price. Anything not described in the proposal is out of scope and is quoted separately as a change request.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the brief, content, assets and access required for the work, and for giving consolidated feedback within the agreed timeframes. Missing materials or delayed feedback will move delivery dates accordingly.
5. Payment
Fees and payment schedules are set out in the project agreement or proposal, invoiced against agreed milestones or monthly for retainers. Supermilk Studio reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received in full.
6. Revisions and approvals
Each stage includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Once a stage is approved, revisiting it is treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
7. Deliverables and ownership
Deliverables are provided as design files, typically Figma files and exported assets. Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you upon full payment; working files, explorations and discarded directions remain with the Studio. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery and plugins are licensed separately and remain subject to their own terms.
8. Confidentiality and portfolio
Supermilk Studio treats client information as confidential and will not disclose it outside project-related activities. The Studio may present the work in its portfolio once the project is public, unless confidentiality is agreed in writing beforehand.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed up to the termination date is invoiced and payable; retainers may be ended with 30 days' written notice.
10. Limitation of liability
Supermilk Studio provides design services only and is not responsible for development, implementation or business outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement in question, and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest.
12. Changes to these Terms
Supermilk Studio may update these Terms at any time. The version in force when your proposal was accepted applies to that engagement.
